- YES! Bonuses: for every tourist returning from vacation, you get 1 bonus point. (1 bonus = 1 euro.) YES bonuses can be used to cover up to 50% of the value of a stay of any client of your agency.
- YES! for families: you can use the bonuses earned to cover up to 100% of the cost of your family vacation package.
- Discount for 2 info trips per year: depending on the level you belong to, you will benefit from discounts for participating in the info trips organized by Join UP!.
HOW DOES THE BEGINNER TO WINNER PROGRAM WORK?
The more you sell, the higher your commission and benefits will be; The program provides several levels, depending on the volume of sales achieved in the last 365 days: First Step, Start UP!, Beginner, Cruiser, Leader and Winner; Agency level is calculated monthly. Thus, the commission level can be changed every month according to the "Sales Plan" table; All monthly changes are implemented automatically; The bonuses are accumulated in the account of the agency (/login password) – the legal entity in a contractual relationship with Join UP! Romania and not by a natural person within the agency. The manager of an agency can decide how the accumulated bonuses will be used; The agencies are divided by geographical areas. Each area has its own performance plan (according to the "Sales Plan" table); The grouping of geographical areas represents the location of the registered office in: the Municipality of Bucharest & Ilfov, in the Counties of Timiș, Cluj-Napoca and Iași. The rest of the cities fall into the "Other cities from Ro" category; Agencies that have representations in different geographical areas will be assigned to the area where the legal entity is located.
